Background Sophina Ijeoma Dimejesi is a lecturer at the Department of Languages, University of Delta, Agbor. She had both her primary and secondary school education at Nwaagweaazi Primary School, Uga and Girls High School, Uga respectively. She then proceeded to further her education and had her first degree at the University of Ibadan in the year 2000 with specialty in Igbo Language. She proceeded with her post graduate study in the same university where she bagged her Masters degree in Linguistics in the year 2008. She has published many journal articles both local and international. She belongs to some professional academic organizations including Gender Studies Association of Nigeria (GSAN), Association for Digital Education and Communications Technology (ADECT), Association of Nigerian Teachers (ASSONT), Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). She is happily married with children.
